Links to other Tsunami related sites Hi Phi Phi Hi Phi Phi is a community bases initiative of local Phi Phi residents and non Thais working to help the people of Phi Phi rebuild their lives after the Indian Ocean tsunami of December 26th 2004. Lisa May foundation Lisa May died in the Tsunami on Phi Phi and this foundation was established by her family in her name. Lisa’s sister Nic, the driving force behind the foundation, helped us to organise the boats. Ragnars Care Foundation We met Ragnar’s parents in Phuket at Dulwich international collage when they were desperately searching for their 2 year old son Ragnar. They now live on Phuket and have established this foundation in Ragnar’s name. Phi Phi Memorial Garden See the progress being made at the Memorial garden on Phi Phi – one of the Phi Phi projects we have helped in 2005. Asian Tsunami Videos A collection of videos showing the devastating Tsunami around the India Ocean – including footage of the wave hitting Koh Phi Phi. NB: These videos can be very distressing. Tsunami Stories A web based forum for survivors to tell their stories and keep in touch with each other established by the family who lost their daughter Leanne on Koh Phi Phi. Red Cross Tsunami Support Network www.tsunamisupportnetwork.org.uk Established by the Red Cross the Tsunami Support network offers support for families and individuals affected by the Tsunami. |
